I had the best understanding with Seven Custom Homes in building my dream home.
Seven Custom Homes manufactured our dream house. The site is situated in an ecologically basic range (EBR) and hard to allow and develop. In spite of difficulties, for example, stringent allow conditions, second wettest December on record, uniqueness that accompany each custom home, and managing requesting proprietors, David conveyed. We cherish our new home. David and his group is first class with phenomenal client administration and quality workmanship. They even have an in-house inside plan group which enormously reduced the anxiety ordinarily connected with apparatuses/materials/shading determination. The experience made us feel great to be a part of the Seven Custom Homes. We don't think many property holders can say that in regards to their developer toward the finish of development. Got our ideal home built. Very inspired from their services.
We just passed by a model constructed by Seven Custom and it fell us in love with over all look and made us feel like an ideal home. So having been inspired from their work we wished to build a similar home and arranged a meeting with David where he explained each and everything about the model with latest trends. Finally we agreed on the model and they started working on it which provided us at the end extremely beautiful home. We are pleased to have worked with them, their all staff including project manager to a worker were very professional and trained.

David Lyne with Seven Custom Homes did a wonderful job for our home and we got our home completed in 2013. This is our 2nd project with them and David truly exceeds our level of expectation. I have seen many clients not going to build 2nd time with the same contractor but I found David and his team so great that I never felt an urge to hire anyone else. He from the very beginning listened to our suggestion and then finally turned our home to what we expected in return. Our finished house is the evident of all their services. He has good team which respects each other from all aspects and take pride in their work. We are so happy to recommend seven custom homes to anyone.. Thank you!
