Dr. David Harris is Board-Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) and Pain Medicine. He was among the first physicians in the 1990’s to combine the fields of Regenerative Medicine, Interventional Spine injections, and Comprehensive Pain Management into a unified practice within one clinic. He has performed more than 35, 000 interventional spine procedures, and approximately 125, 000 regenerative medicine injection procedures.

    Board-Certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation by ABPMR and AOBPMR Fellowship-Trained and Board-Certified in Pain and Musculoskeletal Medicine. Ben Rawson, DO is trained in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with subspeciality training in Pain and Musculoskeletal Medicine. He served as a US Air Force Flight Surgeon at McGuire AFB, NJ where he also performed duties as a public health officer and biomedical engineer. During his deployments in the Middle East, he flew over 40 combat missions and assisted in numerous in-flight emergencies and air evacuations. He was a clinical instructor and the Pain/Musculoskeletal Medicine Fellow at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics prior to joining CHARM. As an Osteopathic physician, Ben believes the body has an innate ability to heal itself. With this in mind, he strives to enhance the healing process through a holistic evaluation and a multidisciplinary treatment approach. He is passionate about helping patients achieve their their functional goals by addressing the underlying structural and mechanical problems and employing regenerative techniques to foster healing in injured tissues. Ben earned his Bachelor of Science with honors from Michigan State University in 2000. After this, he attended Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine where he received his medical degree in 2004. He continued his residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Wisconsin where he was the Chief Resident.     Dr. David Harris is board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) and Pain Medicine. He was one of the first physicians in the 1990's to combine the fields of Regenerative Medicine, Interventional Spine Injections, and Comprehensive Pain Management into a unified practice within one clinic. He has performed more than 35,000 interventional spine procedure, and approximately 125,000 regenerative medicine injection procedures. Dr. Harris has taught interventional spine techniques and regenerative injection therapy to many physicians nationally and internationally, including physicians throughout North and South America, India, Europe, and Asia. He has been invited to teach in many conferences in the United States, Peru, and Argentina. He enjoys teaching both surgeons and non-surgeons about combining the best attributes of interventional spine injection techniques, regenerative injection therapy, musculoskeletal medicine, and the appropriate use of surgery when necessary. He has treated many college athletes and has treated numerous local and touring musicians. His wife Michele Zink Harris, PT is the Director of Physical Therapy at The Center For Healing And Regenerative Medicine (CHARM).

  • Kyle Allan

    Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine

    Board Certified Osteopathic Neuromuscular Medicine/Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine Fellowship-Trained in Sports and Interventional Spine Dr. Kyle Allan was trained in Osteopathic Neuromuscular Medicine at Michigan State University and completed a Fellowship in Sports and Interventional Spine and Michigan Sports and Spine Center. During his residency and fellowship training he sought an additional 150+ hours of Regenerative/Orthobiologic training. He was Clinical Faculty and an Assistant Professor in Osetopathic Neuromuscular Medicine at Michigan State University prior to joining CHARM and continues to serve as adjunct faculty. He was a course instructor for both the Sports Medicine Elective and the Student OMM Clinic at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Kyle takes a comprehensive approach to evaluating patients and developing complex treatment plans that restore function. Central to this process are the osteopathic tenants, which align synonymously with Regenerative Medicine and Orthobiologics, allowing the body to heal, regulate, and maintain itself, restoring both structure and function. He uses an integrative approach, including physical therapy, manipulation, massage, nutrition, and mental well-being to achieve optimal outcomes. Dr. Allan graduated from the University of California, Irvine with his Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2013. He began his journey in medicine at the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating in 2018. He began his post graduate training at Mercy Hospital in Muskegon, completing his Transitional Rotating Internship 2019. He continued his training at Michigan State University in Osteopathic Neuromuscular Medicine/Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine, finishing in 2021. He went on to sub-specialize in Sports and Interventional Spine at the Michigan Sports and Spine Center in Detroit. During this time, he sought an additional 150+ hours in hands-on cadaver courses in Orthobiologics and Regenerative Medicine techniques utilizing both ultrasound and fluoroscopy.
