Inspired by our founder Jhonatan’s roots and love for great tacos, we blend the vibrant flavors of Mexico with the fresh ingredients and creative spirit of Austin. Then came the ingredient that changed everything — queso. What started as a finishing touch quickly became our signature. That creamy, craveable queso turned ordinary tacos into something unforgettable and inspired the name Kesos.
