Hi all, You are reading this review that means you are considering other's opinion. Please do not sign lease at “The Villas of Quail Creek” until and unless you don’t have any other better choices for you and your family. I had very bad experience since management changed at the end of 2011. It was a good time to live there before new management came. They don’t have maintenance skilled labors & always delays despite emergencies as well as very rude behavior every time. They always need money and money!!! that’s it. They behave like a racist with Asian families specially Indian and Pakistanis. I moved from there in 2013 and they also charged me $175 extra (without a good reason) besides my security deposit amount (all waste).
