Great community, attentive staff

I have been living in this complex for almost a year and have been very pleased with my experience. I have had issues with appliances, which is a problem with any older facility. All of my maintenance requests have been fulfilled in a timely manner and any faulty appliances are replaced, if necessary. The staff is courteous and respectful of their tenants and seems to care about the well-being of the tenants. There is a nice community and doesn't seem to be a lot of tenant turnover, which is also nice because you get to see familiar faces around the buildings. The complex is pet friendly and the tenants are respectful with their animals. It does get warm in the summer, but the central AC works fine. I would recommend Sterling Springs to friends as an economical, family and student friendly community.
