Texas Children’s Pediatrics Lone Star Pediatrics will be closing effective October 1, 2026 . The last day for patient appointments will be September 30, 2026. Beginning October 1, Dr. Kelly Thorstad, Gwen Collmann, and Jamie Dark will transfer to Texas Children’s Pediatrics Austin Campus located at 9835 N Lake Creek Pkwy, Austin, TX 78717 and Dr. Nicole Bernard will transfer to Texas Children’s Pediatrics Bailey Square located at 1111 W 34th Suite 102 Austin, TX 78705. If you have an appointment scheduled on or after October 1, a Texas Children’s Pediatrics team member will contact you to assist in rescheduling.
