I am a mortgage broker and consultant with a reputation for being energetic and straightforward in dealing with all aspects of the business. I have provided independent mortgage brokerage services in Central Texas since 1999, currently as the owner of family owned Forty Acres Lending, LLC. The range of work extends beyond the basic mechanics of brokering mortgages because I strongly believe in the importance of home ownership. Encouraging borrowers to refine their credit and consider their financial strategies so that a low rate is not the sole focus of the process. For the past several years I have also developed instructional materials and facilitated training for loan officer courses required for Texas license. We recently opened a second location in Colorado and working to build our reputation with new found clients. I am a member of the Association of Mortgage Experts. A founding member of Texas Women in Business and am a participant and contributor in fundraising activities for other nonprofit organizations.
