  Courtney Gill PA-C

  Owner and Practitioner

  Owner and Practitioner Courtney Gill PA-C is a nationally certified Physician Assistant who has been practicing medical and cosmetic Dermatology in the Austin area for close to a decade. Texas born and a University of Texas Longhorn graduate she is invested in keeping Austin beautiful. Courtney earned her masters from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth and returned to Austin to pursue her love for aesthetic medicine. She continues to pursue education in new technology and techniques on how to help her patients optimally through professional forums, trainings and conferences. Courtney feels personally invested in her career as she herself has struggled with acne, sun damage, and aging. Her goals for each client is to help a person address the different aspects that contribute to the aging process and to help formulate an encompassing plan that patients can build upon. Courtney enjoys building a relationship with each patient and is personally invented with her clients wellbeing. With a background in medical dermatology, Courtney has the knowledge base to safely asses patient complaints and prescribe correct treatment options. She holds multiple certifications in advance injection techniques, laser light therapy, and body contouring. She has vast experience with Botox® and Dysport®, Juvederm® and Restylane® Products, Scultpra®, Kybella®, SkinPen® Microneedling with and without PRP, Hair restoration with PRP, laser resurfacing and Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) therapy. She is continually learning on how to help patients “Refine” themselves in a natural and beautiful way. When Courtney is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children Pierce and Presley.

  Emily Johnston PA-C

  Practitioner Emily Johnston, PA-C joins Refine Aesthetics with more than a decade of experience in cosmetic dermatology, always at the forefront of the latest in innovative technology and products to deliver the highest quality services to her patients. With her meticulous attention to detail and an artistic eye, Emily is passionate about enhancing the natural beauty of her patients. Her skincare philosophy is driven by a commitment to ethics, superior quality, and precision to restore youthfulness that appears effortless. Emily’s positive attitude and ability to openly discuss patient goals and concerns helps to provide a sense of comfort to her patients. In close consultation with her patients, she determines an individualized treatment plan in order to achieve their personal aesthetic goals. Emily is highly skilled in combining various treatment modalities such as dermal fillers, Sculptra®, Botox®/Dysport®, microneedling with PRP, laser resurfacing, chemical peels, and light therapy – consistently mastering and employing the latest developments in skincare, and training under some of the leading cosmetic dermatologists and plastic surgeons in the country. Originally from Oklahoma City, Emily attended the University of Kansas for her undergraduate degree in Human Biology, before returning to the University of Oklahoma where she graduated at the top of her class from the Physician Associate program. Emily moved to Austin in 2008 to begin her career and also start a family with her husband, Seth. Emily and Seth have three young sons. When they’re not at flag football, baseball or soccer games, Emily and her family enjoy exploring the Austin culinary scene, spending time at the lake, and traveling to ski or relax at the beach.

  Erma Morris has been a licensed Medical Aesthetician specializing in leading-edge skincare and cosmetic aesthetics for more than 20 years. She believes that on-going education is essential to the art of skin care. Her personal mission is “To Bring out the Beauty Within.” Erma has achieved multiple certifications such as The Science of Skin Rejuvenation in paramedical studies in the applied science of Chemexfoliations, Advanced Medical Aesthetics at the Skin Institute, Clinical Skin Care Program from Scott & White Memorial Hospital Division of Plastic Surgery relating to Plastic Surgery Dermatology and Oncology with emphasis on continuity of patient care in facilitating a Clinical Approach to cosmetic application, skin care management, preoperative/postoperative consultation, and post-management of congenital, trauma, and elective surgery patient care. Erma is also a Certified Professional Laser Specialist. Erma is also a member of the International Associations for Aesthetics, Aesthetics International Association, and the American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery. Her expertise includes state-of-the-art laser and cosmetic procedures such as HALO Fractional Laser, Microneedling, PRP Microneedling, Advanced Chemical Peels, Cosmelan Mask, and Diamond Glow (Dermalinfusion).
